Bad faith?
I think we should start with what we all think bad faith is. I think what Satre was saying is that too be in bad faith is to believe yourself as static, because Satre says we are always in flux, we are not our past or present, who we are changes and to be bad faith is to act as if we are a singular personality, using such words as I or believing that 'I' am acting 'out of character'. These phrases demonstrate bad faith, it involves lying to 'oneself' but that is not all that bad faith is, as Satre states this in the section on bad faith. What do you all think?
